- Standard DNS resolution (UDP/TCP port 53)
- DNS over TLS (DoT, port 853)
- DNS over HTTPS (DoH, port 443)
Our services are designed to provide fast, secure, and private DNS resolution with no logging of DNS queries.
3. Personal and Non-Commercial Use
DNS.SB services are provided free of charge for personal and non-commercial use.
Under this license, you may:
- Use our DNS resolvers for personal devices and home networks
- Configure applications and browsers to use our DoH/DoT services
- Recommend our services to others
4. Commercial Use and Licensing
Commercial use requires prior authorization. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Using DNS.SB as an upstream resolver for commercial products or services
- Integrating DNS.SB into software or hardware sold to customers
- Operating a business that relies on DNS.SB for critical infrastructure
- Reselling or redistributing DNS.SB services
If you wish to use DNS.SB for commercial purposes, please contact us to discuss licensing options. We offer custom solutions including:
- Dedicated DNS infrastructure

5. Prohibited Activities
You may not use DNS.SB services to:

Initiate network attacks: Including but not limited to DDoS attacks, DNS amplification attacks, or cache poisoning attempts.

Conduct unauthorized security testing: Penetration testing or vulnerability scanning without explicit authorization.

Degrade service quality: Generating excessive traffic that impacts service availability for other users.

Facilitate illegal activities: Using our services in connection with any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activities.

Circumvent access controls: Attempting to bypass any security measures or access restrictions we implement.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without notice.
6. Service Availability

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DNS.SB AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

- Any loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill
- Any damages arising from service interruption or inability to use services
